It's not science per se that's the problem but our overwhelmingly materialist science. A post-materialist science needs to gain ground to counter and eventually overtake the physicalist stance. Then our true relationship with the universe, that we are the cosmos contemplating itself through its universal consciousness, would be revealed to a wider populace and the overall benefit of the human race.
