A philosopher of optimism with a positive message for us all in a troubled world

When I reviewed the first edition of Colin Wilson: Philosopher of Optimism by Brad Spurgeon in 2006, then published to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the publication of Wilson’s seminal The Outsider, I described it as ‘an ideal primer to the ideas of Colin Wilson’.
